At Westlands, our school day has been structured so that our students have an education that is engaging and varied.
Monday to Thursday
We start at 8.30am with a Breakfast Club that gives the students a great start to the day, which is then followed by a 20-minute tutor session.
The school day is divided into five 50-minute lessons - four in the morning (with a break in the middle) and one after lunch. The last lesson finishes at 2:20pm and it followed by a 10-minute tutor session. This allows for students to talk about the highs and lows of their respective days and for staff to check their progress and behaviour.
