#AskTheAwkward

With more and more ways to access the internet and get online, children can put themselves at risk. Asking for help can be difficult...

To keep everyone safe, now and in the future, the Child Exploitation and Online Protection (CEOP) Command from the National Crime Agency have provided a guide to what we all can do to make this happen.

Sometimes it can be difficult to talk with our children and young adults about the "awkward" things in life and those relationships on the internet that are part of being a Digital Citizen. The ThinkUKnow website from CEOP has some great advice. helpful videos and helpful strategies on how to have those conversations and make them part of everyday life. The #AskTheAwkward campaign details can be found here.

For this and other help with online safety (including guides on what to do should you be concerned about something you have witnessed) click on ThinkUKnow.
