Rights Respecting Silver Award

After a successful visit by the UNICEF UK Assessor Westlands Academy has been awarded the prestigious Silver Award by the UNICEF. The Award recognises a school’s achievement in putting the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child into practice within the school and beyond. This could not have been possible but for the hard work of the staff and students at Westlands in embedding the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC).
